Invest in Growth! The aim of the project was to strengthen the role of small and medium-sized businesses in neighboring regions, and stimulating them to attract venture capital investments for development projects, especially those projects that will strengthen economic and business cooperation between St. Petersburg and South- Eastern Finland. 15 Russian-finnish invest project prepared an Overview of the available investment resources and mechanisms to attract investments in small and medium-sized companies developed Manual for SMEs on investment management and opportunities for financing investment projects.
