The Key Principle is that the Program is a Voluntary Program. Participation is the choice of the Individual owner. Platform for the taxi Industry to participate in a meaningful manner in a manner that they are comfortable The design of the Program is to improve their business at a pace at which they are comfortable The overall improvement of service delivery to the commuter, hence a sustainable business Allow for the continued development of operations, progressing towards a scheduled service at the pace at which the operator is comfortable

Ownership The Municipality The Industry Ownership, Delivery, compliance, Consultation, Drive and Delivery Lies with the Industry Set up, Governance, Regulatory and Support Systems lies with the Municipality Moja Cruise Service Delivery
