AL YAMAMA Engineering Company which is located in Basra \ Iraq Majnoon Petroleum area has been mobilized to Majnoon in March 2011. HSSE department and Project Management have agreed to practice one Drill each month as per the following Schedule: شركة اليمامة التي تقع في البصرة في حقل مجنون النفطي والتي جاءت الى حقل مجنون شهر شباط من 2011. لقد اتفق قسم السلامة مع قسم ادارة المشروعات في شركة اليمامة على تنفيذ فعالية واحدة لكل شهر حسب الجدول الآتي:

السبب وراء اعداد هذه الفعالية The reason of making this Drill (Man Down) is to educate our personnel with what they need to do in man down situation and also determine our missing needs. Our personnel numbers are increasing everyday and the aim is here to act professional in any situation. السبب وراء اعداد هذه الفعالية ان اعداد فعالية حادثة سقوط رجل هي لكي نثقف كادر الشركة بما عليهم معرفته في حالات سقوط الجرحى في موقع العمل وتحديد الاحتياجات التي علينا توفيرها. ان اعداد الكادر في ازدياد كل يوم وهدفنا هنا ان نتعامل بمهنية عالية في كل الحالات.

Man down situation specially from dropped objects are major part of repeated situation in construction of civil works and oil & gas industry due to the work condition. This drill is important to show the hazards and required precautions to workforce. ان حالات سقوط الجرحى( وخصوصا بفعل جسم ساقط) هي من أكثر الحالات التي تتكرر في مجال الانشاءات وفي الأعمال المدنية وفي صناعة النفط والغاز ذلك نظرا لبيئة العمل في هذه المجالات. وان هذه الفعالية مهمة جدا لكي تعرف بالمخاطر وبالتحصينات المطلوبة لفريق العمل في الموقع.

سيناريو الفعالية سقوط جسم على رأس عامل أثناء العمل Drill Scenario A dropped object fell into a man’s head and fell down into the ground. هدف الفعالية لكي نثقف جميع موظفي الشركة على كيفية الاستجابة في حالات سقوط الأشخاص. Drill Objective To Make aware all crew how to response man down emergencies.

Drill Scope All Alyamama Crew in the DS-2 site. نطاق عمل الفعالية كادر الشركة في موقع الدي أس 2 Drill Scope All Alyamama Crew in the DS-2 site. وصف مختصر للفعالية ان احد افراد شركة اليمامة سقط أرضا وذلك بفعل سقوط جسم من مرتفع على رأس العامل, مشرف السلامة كان متواجد في مكان الحادث حيث اتصل مباشرة بالمسعف الأولي في الموقع. كما اتصل على اسعاف شركة اليمامة و رقم طوارئ مجنون. عند وصول المسعف الى موقع الحادث قام بتقييمه و معلاجة الجرح في رأسه ثم ارسل شخص لجلب نقالة و تم نقل المصاب الى عيادة الدي أس-2. ثم وصلت سيارة الإسعاف لموقع العمل و فحص المسعف رأس العامل و أخلاه الى عيادة شل. Brief description One of Al-Yamama workers fell down due to a tool fell from height to his head, the safety ranger onsite called the fist aider, also the ambulance for Alyamama and MJN emergency, the first aider arrived to the incident location, The IP was unconscious his pulse and breathing was regular, the first aider called for a stretcher to evacuate the IP to the DS-2 Clinic, the ambulance arrived to the site with Medic who checked the IP’s Head and then evacuated him to the PC clinic

Observation - All the staff responded properly Observation - All the staff responded properly. - All crews were wearing complete PPEs. - the IP was treated correctly and in good timing. -The workers saw the correct procedure of responding on such incidents. Lessons learned - The process of putting the stretcher to the ambulance needs to be correct and fast. ما تم ملاحظته - ان جميع كادر الموقع تمت استجابتهم بصورة صحيحة. ان جميع طواقم العمل كانوا يرتدون معدات السلامة الشخصية بصورة جيدة وكاملة. تم معالجة الشخص المصاب بصورة صحيحة وبوقت جيد. ان العمال قد رأوا الاجراء الصحيح للإستجابة للحودث المماثلة. الدروس المستفادة عملية وضع النقالة في الإسعاف تحتاج لإن تكون أسرع وبصورة صحيحة

Conclusion The drill was successful and more drills need to be conducted next time to improve the response during emergencies. المحصلة ان الفعالية كانت ناجحة وان فعاليات اخرى يجب ان تؤدى في الاوقات القادمة لتطوير مستوى الاستجابة في حالات الطوارئ.
