Roundabout Leadership: Leading in All Directions Tosca Grimm, MAEd grimm@csp.edu 612-710-4020

Objectives Understand how your influence as a leader impacts your work as a practitioner. Understand how your leadership can impact your program and its operations. Identify three strongest elements of your own current leadership capacity. Create a plan to strengthen your identified leadership potential, with next-step goals.

Definition: Roundabout A type of circular intersection in which traffic flows almost continuously in one direction around a central island, able to flow out of (and into) various directions seamlessly without stopping. Modern roundabouts reduce the likelihood and severity of collisions by reducing traffic speeds and minimizing T-bone and head-on collisions. https://www.revolvy.com/topic/Roundabout&item_type=topic
