Migration to the new authentication for IPC restricted access systems Procedure: Candidate users self register under https://www3.wipo.int/wipoaccounts (prefer professional email accounts with Office extension e.g. @wipo.int ) Inform ipc.mail@wipo.int of their username and office IPC section decides if they grant “IPC” rights to this account and inform candidate when done. User can access restricted access IPC systems already migrated
