Force Field Analysis Introducing any change can be challenging. A useful way to assess the situation is to consider forces driving and restraining change in a Force-Field Analysis. In the exercise on the next slide: 1. Press the enable button to allow you to modify the drop-down lists. 2. Use the text boxes to describe the most significant forces and then rate each force on a scale of 1 to 5. 3. Consider how you can maximise the driving forces, and minimise the restraining forces. 4. Save your analysis so you can review it later. Note: if you are viewing this show via a browser (such as Internet Explorer) and you wish to see a full-screen view, select “Full Screen” from the browse menu, and use Esc to exit from the full screen view.

Force Field Analysis To save your force-field analysis, make sure you choose Save from the pop-up box that appears when you exit from the presentation. You can exit from the presentation by pressing Escape.
