TRAGEDY A PLAY THAT ENDS UNHAPPILY; WITH SOMETHING BAD HAPPENING TO ONE OR MORE OF THE MAIN CHARACTERS (USUALLY DEATH)

PROP ANY PHYSICAL OBJECT, WHICH IS MOVABLE, USED IN A STAGE PRODUCTION.

SOLILOQUY A SPEECH GIVEN ALONE ONSTAGE. EXPRESSES A CHARACTER’S INNER THOUGHTS OR FEELINGS ALOUD.

COMEDY A PLAY THAT ENDS HAPPILY.

JULIUS CAESAR=EGO TRAGIC FLAW A SERIOUS CHARACTER WEAKNESS IN A MAIN CHARACTER. JULIUS CAESAR=EGO

MONOLOGUE A LONG SPEECH MADE BY ONE CHARACTER.

STAGE DIRECTIONS [ENTER BRUTUS IN HIS ORCHARD] Instruction in the text of a play, especially one indicating the movement, position, or tone of an actor, or the sound effects and lighting.
