A partnership of local businesses, Councils and our Local Enterprise Partnership - working closely to secure the improvement of the A64 between York and the East Coast - to unlock transformational growth of the region and the UK economy.

A partnership of local businesses, Councils and YNYER LEP, working closely to support the improvement of the A64 between York and the East Coast to contribute to the transformational growth of the region Campaigning for dualling of the A64 between York and Malton, plus targeted improvements between Norton and Scarborough. Our immediate priority is ensuring the allocated RIS funding of up to £250m is invested in the dualling of the A64 carriageway from Hopgrove to Malton Supporting major investment in the A64 between York and Scarborough as part of the LEP ambition to improve east-west connectivity across YNYER

(2022) A64 Hopgrove junction improvement to be delivered in the form of new dual carriageway to Barton Hill by 2022/3 Ensuring RIS funding allocation of £250million for the Hopgrove junction improvement is fully committed to deliver the above dualling scheme. (2020-25 RIS 2) (2025-30 RIS 3) Complete business case and design of dualling scheme between Crambeck and Musley Bank in RIS2 (before 2025) and deliver this in RIS3 (2025-30). Implement a rolling programme of smaller scale improvements between Norton and Scarborough from 2020 onwards
