Grading Policy Each quarter is broken down as follows: 60% Test Average 20% Homework Average 20% Participation

Supplies 3 – Ring Binder Pencil/Erasable Pen Calculator

Homework Homework almost every day of the week. Completing homework assignments is extremely important, as it will reinforce & review skills learned in class. Students who are absent are responsible for work missed. They must see me either before or after class.

Making Up Assignments Absent students will be allowed to make up any missed assignments. Students may make up the assignments over the weekend in which he/she missed the assignment. It must be handed in the first class of the new week to receive credit. 10 points will be deducted from assignments that were not completed on the date assigned, unless your child was absent.

Extra Help! Extra help is always available! I stay every Tuesday afternoon for extra help. I am also available any other day if they can’t make it, they just have to see me and make an appointment. This time is used to review any material your child may be having difficulty understanding.
