Gender (and here’s the rub) If the noun is masculine so must the adjective be masculine If it is feminine, I need the feminine adjective If Neuter, then I need the neuter endings. CASE Case is easy...if the noun is dative I need the dative of the adjective etc, etc, so let’s practice to the good friend amico bono (dat/masc/sing) for the good girls puellis bonis (dat/fem/pl) of the good horses equorum bonorum (gen/masc/pl) of the good sailors nautarum bonorum (gen/masc/pl) The bad boy waits for the good girls.
