JUNIPER'S VALUES PROCESS

CEO Kevin Johnson, delivering the Juniper program for all vice presidents, discusses how the company renewed its values and its leaders role in living the Juniper way.

Members of Junipers executive staff, including CEO Kevin Johnson work in a break out group to renew the companys values.

Donna Grothjan, VP sales, shares her experience as part of the original Juniper values workout team with Ann Rhoades, in a session with Junipers global sales leadership team.

Tom Ruban, Juniper VP of Systems Engineering for EMEA scribes for a team of Juniper leaders as they identify function-specific behaviors that bring the Juniper values to life.

Junipers General Counsel and EVP Mitch Gaynor shares feedback and recommendations for Junipers renewed values.

Several hundred sales and field leaders work in breakout groups to discuss and provide input on the renewed values and behaviors.

CEO Kevin Johnson, describes the process the company used to renew its values in one of his Kevin Unplugged sessions.

Finance Director Susan Repo scribes for a team of finance colleagues as they identify function-specific behaviors that bring the Juniper values to life.

Junipers Chief Sales Officer, Gerri Elliott, leads a session of the Global Trio Tour where three members of the executive staff shared the companys renewed values with groups of no more than 100 colleagues.
