First things first… SOLO: In your textbook, read the short story “The Interlopers” by Saki, & answer the following prompt: In “The Interlopers,” a violent storm causes a tree to fall on longtime enemies Georg and Ulrich. As a result, the men are caught beneath the tree and fear that their lives are in serious danger. How does this situation cause the men to rethink life and their bitter feud, and why is the change in their outlook ironic? What further ironic twist occurs at the end of the story?
