(A) Each agarose gel contains one standard sample and seven samples corresponding to each animal analyzed per group (total quantified: 10 animals/phase/group). The results are expressed as micrograms of GAG/mg of dry tissue powder reported (Table 2). (B) The samples were submitted to enzymatic treatment.
