Online Login Page This is the log in page where you will be asked to enter your user name and password. If you have forgot your password you can use the ‘Forgot your password’ link. The online helpdesk telephone number is displayed at login, if any assistance is required.

Home Page When you log in you will be taken to the Home page. Under the Services option you will find links to other services that will assist you with your booking When you log in you will be taken to the Home page.   From here you can select your traveller, choose which element of travel you require or update user profiles.

Car Booking

Car Search Please complete the country you would like to collect and drop off your car hire.

Search Results On this screen you will be able to select the Hire Car Vendor.

Finalise Trip You can choose to search by a particular car type or default to any to return all options. When booking car hire you should enter your pick up and drop off location, either airport or city centre location.

Confirm Booking You will be given a list of car types and rates. By hovering over the icons at the rate you will be advised of the car type. You will be given a list of car types and rates.

You have the option to ‘complete this booking’ Confirmation Page You have the option to ‘complete this booking’

A confirmation email will be sent automatically from the Online Booking Tool. Once you have select Confirm this booking, the screen will change to a confirmation screen.
