Tools and Measurements A lab Don’t get the animals!!!!!

Bellwork: Fri. Aug. 19, 2016 Scientists wanted to see how different types of music affected the pulse rate of 3 month old babies. They played different types of music: heavy metal, rap, R&B, alternative, pop, country, and classical music at the same volume for the same amount of time for group A babies. They also had a group of babies (group B) listen to a tone for the same period of time. ____ volume and time. ____ types of music ____ pulse rate ____ types of music vs pulse rate graph ____ baby group B  1. independent variable 2. dependent variable 3. data 4. controls 5. control group
