Use PPT as a word processor to put text on slides Titles (heading level one) such as the above are made large by default Subcategories (heading level two) such as this are somewhat smaller But of course you can override the defaults, for example, change the type color, change the font style and size, and remove or add a bullet IN ADVANCE OR ON THE FLY

Use PPT as an outliner to organize written information Heading text appears on the outline, but Text inserted with drawing tools does not Outlining tools (These words are not on outline) Outline view
