Beverly Keim, Jr. Significant under criterion C because: Locally significant example of a Neoclassical style mansion Retains a high level of integrity HPC recommended approval of the designation at its July 2, 2012 meeting

Recommendation & Effects Staff recommendation: Approve designation of 1365 S.
