Collaborative actions READ – Recognition and Enrichment of Archival Documents (http://cordis.europa.eu/project/rcn/198756_en.html) Main problem – training a neural network + classification Require large computational resources Java + MPI parallelization Need ssh-less access and MPI across multiple VMs (cluster-in-the-cloud) First step: EGI will provide technical support READ will setup VMs and test it within fedcloud VO Second step: Porting READ application to A&H gateway Connecting READ with DARIAH?
