DUPAGE ACT INITIATIVE DuPage ACT (Accountability, Consolidation and Transparency) ACT is a comprehensive County reform program designed to improve efficiency, reduce duplication and encourage resource sharing In 2011, DuPage County examined its appointed agencies To date, projected more than $100 million in savings Creating a “culture of sharing”

SHARED SERVICES We’ve experienced real savings in several departments: Transportation Public Works Information Technology/GIS
