What happened in the last months ESSC approved in 2012 3 projects (Simstat, ESBRs, Validation) Discussion in different directors' groups (ITDG, DIME, BSDG ….) Creation of a methodological/IT joint steering group to tackle cross-cutting issues and interdependencies Creation of a Task force on costs and benefits Adaptation of Eurostat organisation chart Positive opinion of DIME on ESSnets to support the implementation of the programme PG prepared in March 2013 a discussion on the programme as a whole including governance issues to takeplace at the May ESSC meeting A new project on ICT will be proposed
