Parallel Circuit Notes Rule #1: In a parallel circuit electrons have more than 1 path to follow.

Parallel Circuit Notes Rule #2: In a parallel circuit loads can work or be shut off independently of other loads.

Parallel Circuit Notes Rule #3: In a parallel circuit each load gets the full voltage (electrical pressure) of the battery. If the battery voltage is 6v each load will also receive 6 v.

Parallel Circuit Notes Rule #4: In a parallel circuit the amps at the battery are shared by each load.

Parallel Circuit Notes Rule #5: Parallel circuits are used to wire homes, schools and industries.
