The All-Powerful God Revelation 19:6; Psalm 89:8 God is omnipotent. He does whatever He pleases, and nothing is too hard for Him. His great power demands that His children approach Him in humility and holiness.

God is Omnipotent! Power belongs to God (Psalm 62:11) His power is eternal (Matthew 6:13) His power is unfathomable (Job 11:7-9) We see it in creation (Romans 1:20)

God Does Whatever He Pleases He does what He pleases wherever He wants to do it (Psalm 135:5-6) He is never pleased to do evil or commit injustice (Job 34:12; Revelation 16:7) Because His power is used at the direction of His love and righteousness… He cannot deny Himself (2 Timothy 2:13) He cannot lie (Titus 1:2; Numbers 23:19) He cannot be tempted to evil (James 1:13)

Nothing is too Hard for God An old woman gave birth (Genesis 18:14) A strong fortified city was conquered (Jeremiah 32:27-28) A rich man could be saved (Matthew 19:23-26)

What God’s Power Demands of Us Humility (Job 40:2) Holiness (Genesis 17:1; 2 Cor. 6:17-18) God’s holy and blameless children, will be enveloped in the realm of His almighty power for all eternity. (Revelation 21:22, 27)
