The Case of the Sandy Body 89.215 – Forensic Geology The Case of the Sandy Body

Where did the crime occur? A UML student is brutally murdered and the student’s body is dumped in the EEAS Dept. library (OH202) The body was wrapped in a plastic cloth. Examination of the body and the plastic cloth revealed a significant amount of sand. The sand was collected for forensic analysis Where did the crime occur?

A canvas of the area around Lowell reveals that in the past 24 hours the student was seen near the Sandy Brook on St. Marks Road in Burlington
