Thursday 25th - Marking and Standardisation: Business Graded Unit 2 Information on Business Graded Unit 2 Business Graded Unit 2 requires candidates to complete an investigation based project in three stages. The first stage involves the creation of a brief and plan (research proposal). The second stage (Developing) involves the research and creation of the project report. The third stage involves an evaluation of the first two stages The evaluation asks the candidate to reflect on the work undertaken in the first two stages of the investigative project. Thursday 25th - Marking and Standardisation: Business Graded Unit 2 The marking exercise You have a set of marking sheets along with the marking criteria. In addition you have three candidate evaluations. The task is for you to complete the marking sheet for all three evaluations. In each of the last three columns place the marks awarded. If additional marks are awarded, identify the number of marks and the criteria for which they are awarded. Thursday 25th - Marking and Standardisation: Business Graded Unit 2 The standardisation exercise Having completed marking all three evaluations, and the next task is for you to come to an agreement about the mark should be for each of the three candidates section by section. At your table you should discuss the marks for each candidate for each item listed on your marking sheet, and collectively agree a mark. Nominate one person to record the agreed marks.
