Be healthy by eating the right way.

You should exercise 60 minutes a day You should exercise 60 minutes a day. You can’t exercise less than 60 minutes or you won’t be healthy.

Do not eat solid oil, but get your oil from fish and lean meat or another food with good oil.

If you see brown bread, it does not mean it’s whole grain so read the label and then you will know. Grains give you energy that will last all day but make sure the label says whole grain, not multi grains not seven grain, not 100% wheat its got to be whole.

You need food for energy, but if you eat the same food from each group you won’t get different nutrients. Eat different foods from every group to get more energy and different nutrients. Broccoli is full of something called chlorophyll. 32 grapes is one cup of fruit.
