Livewire Login Page The Online helpdesk telephone number is displayed at login, if any assistance is required. If you forget your password you can use the link ‘Forgot your password’ at the bottom on the log in page. This is the log in page where you will be asked to enter your user name and password.
Home Page When you log in you will be taken to the Home page. Under the Services option you will find links to other services that will assist you with your booking When you log in you will be taken to the Home page. From here you can select your traveller, choose which element of travel you require or update user profiles.
Lowcost Carrier/ Internet Airline/ Web Booking
Internet Airline Search You can change your preselected traveller by using the option next to the workflow. The workflow can be found to the right hand side of the screen. You can either use the 3 letter airport code or type the city name in full for your departure/arrival airport. When booking Air you have the option to select either return, or one way. The workflow to the right hand side of the page gives you an overview of your current booking selection.
Search Results Any logos that you are unsure of can be easily identified by hovering over the icon. Any fare option shown with a red ‘thumbs down’ icon is out of policy. The Orange explanation mark highlights if an alternative airport is listed. Once the page has fully loaded you will see low cost and schedule airlines and can use the list at the left hand side of the page to filter these results.
Finalise Trip The amount shown does not include any applicable Credit Card fees. The top of the page will summarise the flights you have selected and underneath you will be shown the Web Airlines economy fare.
Confirm Booking As this is a Low cost Carrier, you will only be given the option to complete the booking. There will not be an option to book a car or hotel; these will have to be done as separate bookings. Once you have selected the required flights and fare you should continue to the end of the booking process and complete all mandatory information. Once you complete the booking you will be given a reference number and an email confirmation.
