RJ4 Breakdown: This last research journal will make up components of your final exam. Graded parts include: Research Journal Annotation, thesis, outlines (paper & presentation), etc. Same grading rubric as RJ3 Written Paper 4-5 pieces of paper. RJ2 paper will be handed back next week. Use these notes to improve writing for RJ4. Presentation/Tri-Fold Poster Board/ Artifacts 5-7 minutes Similar to last presentation.
Research Journal Requirements: Same order of documents as previous journals. Use notes and previous research journals to compile materials in the appropriate order. Two outlines will be submitted, one for your paper, another for your presentation. Research with ten+ sources in your journal. Use them to support your thesis with specific evidence and offer proof in your presentation. A maximum of four (4) sources can be non-database articles, “anywhere sources.” One (1) source must be Inter-Library Loaned (ILL). Small articles (1-2 pages), count as half an article.
