Wells Fargo Home Lending Wells Fargo Home Lending is the leading originator and servicer of residential mortgages in the United States: WFHL offers home loans through the largest network of mortgage locations and bank branches as well as online and by phone WFHL leads the nation in originating, funding, and servicing residential mortgages We finance 1 of every 7 home loans and currently service 1 of every 6 homes in the U.S.   We have more than 150 years of home lending experience Service 11.5 million customer first mortgages Nation’s leading home equity lender Service 1.3 million households with home equity lines of credit and loans

Wells Fargo Cash Management Footprint In order to increase operational efficiencies and support Well Fargo mortgage processing, the Treasury team needed a new cash management system Originally Implemented PeopleSoft Cash Management with Financial Gateway for all of our mortgage originations and servicing payment activity Have expanded the workstation to various business lines across the organization by creating a “Center of Excellence” approach to treasury processing Are currently analyzing integration opportunities for the Insurance and Accounting Operations business lines
