Grant Objectives: Attend Journey into the Future of Community College Education Programs Conference, sponsored by the National Association for Community College Teacher Education Programs Engage and network with professional colleagues who are leading teacher education programs throughout U.S. Acquire updated information on the transfer process, the new Common Core initiative, and evolving state and federal requirements for teacher certification Turnkey information to education colleagues on the campus Apply newly acquired information during student advisement sessions Incorporate information into course lessons and curriculum
