Big Picture PE and Sport Faculty Last lesson we identified the different ways that physical preparation can influence the risk of injury. What were the different ways? This lesson we will be starting to look at other intrinsic factors that can influence the risk of injury and specifically how individual variables can increase/reduce the risk of injury.
