Gyproc ThermaLine PIR Keeping the warmth within; creating energy efficient homes

PolyIsocyanuRate PIR stands for: What is PIR? Thermaline PIR What is PIR? PIR stands for: PolyIsocyanuRate Gyproc Thermaline PIR consists of rigid PIR foam insulation bonded to either a 12.5mm wallboard or a 12.5mm Moisture Resistant plasterboard. Gyproc Thermaline PIR is available in the following thicknesses: 38mm, 53mm, 63mm, 78mm, and 93mm

Why PIR insulation? Insulation used on Thermaline BASIC Thermaline PIR Why PIR insulation? Insulation used on Thermaline BASIC Insulation used on Thermaline PLUS

Why Gyproc Thermaline PIR?? Environmental Gyproc ThermaLine PIR incorporates CFC and HCFC-free high thermal performance PIR foam insulant, meaning zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP). Over a 50 year period, PIR insulation is estimated to save over 1,000 times more energy than was used to produce it. This energy saving associated with the installed product, in-use, has a positive impact on its Life Cycle Assessment (LCA). LCA is a methodology used to assess environmental impacts associated with all the stages of a product’s life.

Why Gyproc Thermaline PIR?? Reaction to fire Gyproc ThermaLine pir is designated as Euroclass B-S 1, d0. 30 minute fire protection on Timber Frame Construction. Durability Gyproc ThermaLine pir does not sag, rot, absorb moisture and is not permeated by air, and will remain effective for the life span of the building.

Why Gyproc Thermaline PIR?? Packaging Gyproc ThermaLine pir is wrapped in polythene pallet covers on wooden pallets. Each pallet is labelled with details of the product, size and number of pieces per pallet. The highest quality fixings for drylining systems British Gypsum fixings range has been specifically designed for use with British Gypsum drylining wall, floor and ceiling systems. The range also fully complies with BS EN14566 the new European standard relating to drywall fixings. Only British Gypsum drywall fixings are tested and approved for use in British Gypsum’s SpecSure® lifetime warranty.
