Portfolios and presentations By Richard Budge

Portfolios Do you have to produce a portfolio? The portfolio is a great opportunity to present your entry to the judges before they arrive. You can show off many things that you will be unable to show on judging day.

What content? The portfolio does not need to be complex. They come in many shapes and forms. You have up to 30 pages to fill.

Pictures can tell a THOUSAND WORDS!!!

Don’t make it too wordy Keep it simple!! Remember that we may have several to read! Don’t give us too many extra leaflets. Put simple facts and stats.

Presentations Once again in many forms. They can be verbal. Power point. DVD. QR code By the portfolio. Via pictures.

Its always good to set the seen. Meet a select few, that can deliver a quality representation. Try not to have too many people talking at once.

DVD/Power point They don’t have to cost the earth! You can get the schools and colleges involved. A group member

Meet everyone at the end and have FUN!

Any Questions??
