Public dissemination of documents At the end of the 2013 Article 65 Working Group, a list of documents was explicitly authorized for public access Discussion under agenda point 14.1 "Dissemination Of Meeting Documents". The decisions were recorded in the minutes (document A65/13/16 Appendix Two). A new public CIRCABC group has been created to access these public documents without a login/password. The documents and powerpoint presentations which were not authorised for dissemination were not put in this public archive, and are only accessible by delegates (using their login/password).
