IT Scholar goal for the year: Grant funding 2015 ADVANCE IT Scholar Research: To explore the role of increased field experiences for pre-service teachers and the correlation of these experiences to Elementary pre-service teachers’ self-efficacy. If pre-service teachers undergo interventions to reinforce self-efficacy, will there be a positive or negative change in social and behavioral competencies, and to impact K-6 student achievement? Teaching: Two undergraduate science education classes and one graduate class in Research Techniques-quantitative and qualitative IT Scholar goal for the year: Grant funding I am making every effort I can to acquire the necessary funding to offer the after school and summer components of my research agenda.
