The NJ DOE reimburses the district’s debt service each year. 1) The public must approve the project via referendum 2) Leased property does not qualify for funding 3) Only partial funding is available depending on: a) New construction v. renovation b) “Unhoused” student calculations

Student Movement Students at Kennedy Park Elementary School #24 will move into Oak Tree Rd School #29 in January 2018 Kennedy Park School #24 will be used for special programs and some kindergarten classes Oak Tree Rd School #29 will have room for approximately 625 students (25 classrooms x 25 students per room) . Current enrollment at Kennedy Park is 447 students in 19 rooms.
