Bari) Module production Meeting - CMS TK week Gantry experiences The pre and post assembly hybrid ARC test done on the first 100 modules showed no effects on the original behaviour of the hybrids after assembly then a sample basis ARC test were decided on the outcoming unbonded modules 8 bad hybrids were discarded over 426 No problems for a normal 8 module/day production A variable flux of all the incoming componets, prevented to test extensiveley a full assembly regime (12 modules/day) Shipping of the unbonded modules to Florence,Catania and Torino Bonding centres was done with no problems (via DHL) after small corrections on the foam of the transportation boxes April 22 th 2004 L.
