Tool: Gather Metrics This slide represents a handout you have, that shows sample performance goals you can leverage from the HR Advancement Center’s Performance Goal Library. I will give you a minute to review these examples silently. These would still need to be transformed to actual SMART performance goals, and placed in the SMART format (which we will describe in this training), but they will give you ideas. Consider using other metrics such as metrics already in use: KentuckyOne Health HCAHPS or finance/budget reports (The host facilitators will print and distribute this handout.)
