ACT/SAT Test Information ACT- 36 points possible – 21 is average Tested on English, Math, Reading & Science Reasoning SAT - 1600 points possible – 1120 is average Tested on Evidence-Based Reading & Writing, & Math SAT Subject test – out-of-state schools Writing is optional for both tests. Some out-of- state schools require the writing

ACT / SAT Test Information Tests should be taken ASAP! Tests can be retaken - colleges will take the best scores. Register Online Test scores can be sent even after you have applied. DVHS does NOT send scores; must come from testing center www.Actstudent.org www.Sat.org
