Malpractice What is Malpractice? Definition: Actions and practices which threaten the integrity of public examinations and certification, and or damage the authority of those conducting them. JCQ Introduction – Purpose of Session. Main Aim: to ensure that you understand Strathearn’s CP policy and it’s operation. Involves: raising awareness putting CP in context – the legal framework outlining policies and procedures You will also Become aware of categories of abuse Know what to do when you have concerns about a child Know the procedure to be used in Strathearn in dealing with a suspected case Acknowledge session may be difficult for some people
