THE T.E.A.M. SYSTEM TO LEAD SUCCESSFULLY People Development can become an organizational competitive advantage THE T.E.A.M. SYSTEM TO LEAD SUCCESSFULLY Freddy Guevara

What is the T.E.A.M. system? It is a system that focus on developing people, their strengths and talents to create a sustainable competitive advantage for the organization. T.E.A.M. stands for: Train Educate Attract Motivate

Train Every leader has to build a training system that provides skills on how their people do the job effectively and efficiently. When people see that your organization has a well-built training system, they will be more attracted to work for your organization.

Educate Leaders have to build an educational program that allows their people to develop their knowledge and can maximize and expand their strengths. A powerful educational program focus on mindset and behaviors required to succeed in the context where people and organizations are living.

Educate People will be more attracted to organizations that have an education system for their people to grow and build the foundation for future innovations. Trained and educated people are a source of sustainable competitive advantage of an organization.

Attract Once leaders have a training and educational system in place to develop people in their organizations, they can publicize that system to attract new talent . New talent will be attracted to organizations that publicize their training and educational system because they will know that the organization has the commitment with the development of their people as a fundamental pillar to achieve success.

Motivate Once leaders retain their talent and attract new talent, they have to include in the system a motivational program to engage their people to achieve organizational success. The reality is that leaders don’t motivate people but unleash the inner motivation of their people to achieve success. The motivation has the purpose to model mindset and behaviors for success.

Conclusion Leaders who build and publicize a T.E.A.M. system will be able to develop their people at scale which will create a sustainable competitive advantage to win the war of talents and to win the war in the marketplace. Build a training and educational program that can be part of a system to train, educate, attract and motivate great talent that is hidden inside your organization and the talent outside your organization.
