Having this attribute allows a person to receive more respectful from her colleagues and it can also help a person get noticed. Confidence is especially importance for business successful because confidence is strongly connected with leadership. Research about the characteristics of strong leaders reveals that confidence is one main factors determining a leader’s success. For example, Floppywick (2009) found that one factor that highly success leaders such as Steve Jobs and Bill Gates share is confidence in their abilities and decide. Other research supports these findings (Marley, 2011; Park, 2014) as they relate to strong politics leaders, as well.
