MONTENEGRO RAILWAY PROJECTS 12/4/2018 Montenegro Ministry of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Telecommunications MONTENEGRO RAILWAY PROJECTS Completed First-stage rehabilitation of Bar-border with Serbia rail line (loan from EIB, in amount of 15 million euro); Planned Second-stage rehabilitation of Bar-border with Serbia rail line (loan from EBRD, EIB and EAR grant, in amount of 52 million euro); Ongoing rehabilitation and electrification of Podgorica-Niksic rail line (loan of the Czech Export Bank, in amount of 57 million euro); Montenegro railway restructuring Strategy (2007).
