What is a Money Network Visa® Pay card? Visa® Pay cards are standard debit cards that work the same way as traditional debit cards that are issued by banks as a feature of a personal bank account. Pay cards are distributed by employers to allow employees to receive their pay electronically, even if they do not have a bank account.

DEPENDABLITY! No waiting for checks to be distributed – net pay is deposited onto the pay card the morning of pay day automatically. SAVES TIME! You dont have to stand in line to cash or deposit your check. PRIVACY! Checks are seen by many people – only you have total access to your pay card. FREE! Saves check cashing fees. CONVENIENCE! You can access your pay wherever you are – you do not have to be at work to pick up your check. INNOVATION! Gives you new ways to manage your money. How Does The Pay Distribution Program Work? ATM Transactions Money Network Check PIN Debit POS with or without cash back Transfer to Personal Bank Account/Money Transfer Funds can be accessed through: Your net pay is deposited into a Money Network account each payday. Funds are deducted instantly from the Money Network account as they are spent.

Employee Training Cardholder MUST sign the back of the card prior to use. PIN – Card will not work until PIN has been set. Card balance – Call the number on the back of your card to hear current balance at any time or login to website for balance summary. Receive a balance notification via text message or . How To Make a PIN Debit with Cash Back & Signature Purchase PIN Debit Purchases: Select ATM/Debit at the register PIN POS pad. Swipe your pay card and enter 4-digit PIN. For cash back, select Cash Back or ask cashier for cash back. Verify amount of purchase, plus any cash back. Confirm transaction. Take your merchandise, receipt and cash (if applicable). Recognizing Money Network VISA® Pay card Acceptance Store locations typically display the debit network symbols they accept on doors, windows, or at the point-of-sale terminal. If one of the logos to the right is displayed then the merchant accepts the Pay card. If no notice appears, ask the cashier if they accept debit cards or VISA® cards

The Money Network Check Instructions to access pay with a Money Network Check: Login to your account by calling the number on the back of your card. Follow voice prompt for account login. Select the appropriate option for writing a check. Follow voice prompt for writing and completing check. Record the 6 digit Issuer Number & the 7 digit Transaction Number that you are given from the automated voice system. Complete the Money Network Check with the date, recipients name and dollar amount.

Money Network Check Money Network Checks can be cashed just like your current payroll check. As an added benefit, Money Network Checks can be cashed for free at participating retail and check cashing locations.

View account summary and monthly statements. Transfer funds to personal account. Setup balance notifications via or automatic text messages to cell phone daily or weekly. Lost/Stolen Card Replacement YOU, the cardholder must call Customer Service to report a lost/stolen card immediately. A new card will be created and mailed. The replacement card will be linked to the original card number and will not need to be changed in the payroll system. Comforce Staffing of Asheville will not re-issue a new card to you. This is all done through Money Networks Customer Service Center. While waiting for a new card, you can access your funds using a Money Network check. The replacement card will be mailed to your home address.
