Development and Rollout Timeline September 24 (Monday) - Grades submission and approval/access go-live first grading period - Support: use current primary support processes, and additional resources include: Office of the University Registrar Tiger team(s) onsite COMPASS team and triage room September 13 – 14 - User acceptance testing via live and recorded presentation sessions - COMPASS functional and security teams begin setup for rollout September 17 – 21 - User training Concise, role-specific Job aids, overview videos, college, core- office, support team - Complete setup for rollout
Development and Rollout Timeline The grades system will be iteratively updated, developed and improved after go-live based on user experience and feedback over a 12-18 month period. These developments will enhance faculty processes. The COMPASS website (http://compass.ufl.edu) will be a resource for support, with finalized grading help resources coming soon via: Home page call-out box (right-hand side) Training Page Questions and Feedback Form Important email addresses, phone numbers, text-entry field and document upload feature.
Staff / Administrator Navigation within myUFL Main Menu -> Student Information System -> Grading -> My Grading Grades can also be accessed by ONE.UF, via the Grades card.
