Lesson 1 Review (p. 79) What is the difference between physical activity & physical fitness? Describe the effects of regular physical activity on three body systems. What is the relationship between physical activity and disease prevention? Explain how watching TV and walking affect metabolism differently. Why does it take longer to get health benefits from slowly walking rather than swimming laps?

Lesson 2 Review (p. 86) Describe the five areas of health related fitness. Describe the relationship between body composition, diet, & fitness. Describe the effects of resistance training on the muscular & skeletal systems. Explain what area of fitness curl-ups benefit.
