In our section, we focused on the bringing up the students they have the much Creativity, Cooperative Personality, and Foresighted Ability. One of events which we can boast is IEEE Hiroshima Student Symposium (HISS). Hiroshima Section 12/4/2018

HISS (IEEE HIroshima Student Symposium) Slogan: HISS is Symposium, of the Students, by the Students, for the Social Community! From 2000 to 2012 … We hold 14 times Symposia. We believe those experiences were just studying and training chances for the students to be a member of society. 12/4/2018

Prof. Norio TAKAHASHI (Fellow, IEEE) Sad News I must inform you the sadness news, Prof. Norio TAKAHASHI (Fellow, IEEE) Okayama University 2013 IEEE Nikola Tesla Award Recipient passed away on February 26, 2013. I think that his death was great loss to Hiroshima Section. Following is his wife’s message: “Prof. Takahashi can keep doing his research with the help of many researchers and engineers.
