Prof. Norio TAKAHASHI (Fellow, IEEE) Sad News I must inform you the sadness news, Prof. Norio TAKAHASHI (Fellow, IEEE) Okayama University 2013 IEEE Nikola Tesla Award Recipient passed away on February 26, 2013. I think that his death was great loss to Hiroshima Section. Following is his wife’s message: “Prof. Takahashi can keep doing his research with the help of many researchers and engineers.
