About Northwest Harvest: Our Donation Center This year, all of the items donated during the Clash of Cans competition will be given to Northwest Harvest. Northwest Harvest is a non-profit food bank distributor in Washington State. Their main goal is to fight the statewide hunger problem. By hosting a food drive, we are helping Northwest Harvest accumulate food to give away to the hungry.

Food Drive Collection Collection days are Tuesdays and Thursdays! The final collection day is Friday, February 3rd Throughout these two weeks, show your school spirit and continue to donate items to the food drive. At the end of each week there will be a video with the most-recent results and a message from each of the schools.

Pick-Up Schedules Leadership Students will pick up the items in each SDR/Lynx Life/Homeroom class on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If there are overflowing bins on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday, contact your ASB advisor and leadership students will come pick up the items.

Prizes! At the end of Clash of Cans, the school with the most points per student average will receive a gold canned food trophy! The second place school will receive a silver canned trophy and third place will receive a bronze trophy. The winner will be determined by the total number of points accumulated by the school during the food drive, divided by the number of students.

School-Wide Competition While we are competing against the other middle schools, we will also have a school competition! The Homeroom class whose average points is the highest will win an ice cream party! Ongoing results will be announced on the DMQ!
