Unit 1 Section 1 titled ‘understanding factors that impact on performance’ has 8 marks. Explain - Making clear the main points, issues and reasons why and how performance might be affected by all four factors

Building an answer 1. You can state the activity (badminton/basketball/football/swimming/gymnastics or keep it general 2.State the Factor and the sub-factor that is impacting (e.g physical – fitness / skills mental -concentration/motivation social- team dynamics /communication) 3.Explain the situation that its impacting on 4.Explain in-depth, the impact this has on your performance. (back up with evidence) what effect did it have?

After getting frustrated by Neymar showboating him he responded by pushing his opponent to the floor, he got even angrier as he felt the player dived when pushed ,so started arguing with the player resulting in him being carded in the game. This affected his performance as he got sent off for his response and could no longer contribute to the game.
