Presentation transcript:

Today you will need: Your notebooks Your data/graph The Task 7 sheet for excel Turn in the following to the black tray: Task 7 & 9 staple them together

EOY Project: Writing a scientific conclusion Summarize your project results Includes key facts about background research State whether your results support/contradict your hypothesis Evaluate your experiment procedure State relationship between dependent and independent variables Suggest changes in procedure, design or possible further studies

Based on the data, Energizer maintained its voltage for approximately a 3% longer period of time in a low current drain device, 10% longer in a medium drain device, 29% longer for a high drain device than Duracell. The hypothesis test correct that Energizer performs with increasing superiority, the higher the current drain of the device. The heavy-duty non-alkaline batteries do not maintain their voltage as long as either alkaline battery at any level of current drain. To further this study, a test on how efficiency of batteries at different temperatures to simulate actual usage in very cold and hot conditions.

Foreshadowing: You will need to create a trifold presentation board. You will complete a layout that shows how you will create your board Title Hypothesis Background (Chem topic 1, topic 2, topic 3) Procedure Data table/graph Conclusion Citations
