The project – next steps Deep dive working with faculty SSA (Student Success Advisors) Targeting students with low/poor attendance Looking at modules and programmes where there is a trend in low attendance to understand the ‘whys’ Looking to improve attendance and attainment.

Deep Dive The following is a brief overview on the deep dive for student attendance. The SSA called and met with a number of students to see why they where not attending. Small targeted number of students – Looking for feedback on the issues of no attendance

Next Steps Within the School all Programme Leaders will be given access to the dashboard system and will be implementing weekly calls to students with low attendance. Wider pilot study on impact this close monitoring will have Wider debate on what is attendance with study material being available on-line via Moodle
